Title – Support Engineer (.NET, 4 Years Experience)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Support Engineer with around 4 years of experience in application and production support, specializing in .NET-based applications. The role involves troubleshooting, resolving customer issues, monitoring system health, and ensuring smooth operations for enterprise systems and integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for .NET applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues related to SQL databases, SFTP, and cloud-hosted systems.
• Collaborate with development/infrastructure teams for root cause analysis and fixes.
• Document solutions and create knowledge base articles.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of technical/application support experience.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, VB.NET/C#, and .NET Core
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure, monitoring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
