Responsibilities

• Communicate with U.S.-based clients (hospitals, clinics, and doctors) via portals, phone, and email to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and improve software performance.
• Perform quality checks on client requests and software updates.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client queries.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably BBA/IT) from a reputable university.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated punctuality and professional work ethic.
• Basic business acumen and problem-solving ability.

US Time Zone

• Summer: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Winter: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
