Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to incoming support tickets in Hubspot.

  • Manage an inbox and correspond promptly and professionally with patients, medical professionals, team members, and partners.

  • Handle inbound and outbound support calls.

  • Troubleshoot login issues for web and mobile-based applications.

  • Maintain and create new items in the company knowledge base.

  • Create and manage tasks for patients within RPM/CCM software.

  • Complete other projects or duties as assigned.

  • Work efficiently in a multi-tasking environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

  • Experience with Monday.com.

  • Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRM/ticketing software.

  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task effectively.

  • Self-driven and proactive approach to work.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Healthcare or medical billing experience preferred, but not required.

  • Experience with EHR/EMRs preferred, but not required.

Education & Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

  • Experience with Monday.com and Confluence.

  • Familiarity with EHR/EMRs and CRM/ticketing software (preferred).

Computer Skills

  • Advanced proficiency with business software and online platforms.

Training Schedule

  • Duration: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time for Two weeks

  • Attendance is mandatory during training to ensure readiness before going live with patients.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly bonus potential: Up to $1,000

  • Sign-On Bonus: This role is eligible for a one-time $2,500 sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid after you complete 120 days of continuous employment and is contingent upon your active employment status and satisfactory performance at the time of payment
