Support & Technician Engineer

nstall and configure printers, scanners, and related equipment in both office and industrial environments.

Ensure all devices are properly connected to networks and functioning as intended.

Perform routine maintenance on printers and related hardware (cleaning, part replacement, firmware updates).

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues affecting printer performance.

Analyze error codes and perform diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues.

Provide technical support over the phone, via email, or in person to resolve printer issues.

Collaborate with IT teams to resolve network or software-related printing issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
