Position: Support & Tele Caller Executive
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide construction industry ERP product support to clients.
  • Resolve client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct tele-marketing / lead generation calls for our products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Assist the sales and operations team with client communication.
  • Share customer feedback with the product team for improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support / tele calling / tele marketing.
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
  • Ability to explain product features clearly and confidently.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
  • Domain knowledge in the Indian construction industry will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
