About the role:

We re building a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our female client when she returns to her family home from her care home. She visits every other week for two days and that s when you ll step in to make a real difference.

Our client has learning disabilities, global developmental delay, and is non-verbal. You won t be working alone every shift is a double-up, meaning two support workers are always on hand.

This role is perfect for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and looking for consistent, part-time hours in a supportive environment.

When you will be working:

• Week 1: Work 2 consecutive 12-hour shifts (Day OR Waking Night) that s 24 hours total

• Week 2: Enjoy the week off!

• This pattern continues on a bi-weekly basis
