Position Description: Supervisor Oncology Dept. Registration

Position Details:

Supports the ambulatory oncology services manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling, and terminating process. Resolves front desk and customer service issues, processes payroll, maintains department staffing schedules. Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information. Serves as a mentor to develop and enhance performance of team members.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

• 3 years of related experience

Preferred Experience:

• 5 years of Oncology experience

Required Education:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent GED

Preferred Education

• Associate or bachelor’s degree
Health Informatics Degree

Facility: BayCare Health System, Outpatient Infusion St Pete-SJH

Location: BayCare Medical Group Suncoast

Status: Full Time, Exempt: No

Shift Hours: 7:30AM - 4:00PM

Shift: Shift 1

Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies

Weekend Work: None

On Call: No
