Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outside sales efforts, including retail sales and telemarketing initiatives.
  • Negotiate bond terms and premiums to secure favorable agreements for clients while ensuring compliance with state laws and company policies.
  • Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, documentation, and record-keeping efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct analysis of client needs to recommend appropriate surety bond products and solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote bonding services and expand client outreach efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) standards where applicable, to ensure all practices meet legal requirements.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure optimal terms for both the company and clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
