We are seeking an experienced Surface Well Testing Supervisor / Specialist to support offshore exploration and production operations. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise as an SWT Supervisor and additional specialist-level competency in TDA, VX, and PhaseWatcher systems.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing offshore well test operations, ensuring safety, data quality, and performance to the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all offshore Surface Well Testing (SWT) activities.
- Lead rig-up, operations, and rig-down of SWT packages in coordination with offshore teams.
- Operate and interpret data from TDA, VX, and PhaseWatcher systems.
- Ensure all testing operations are conducted in accordance with company and client HSE standards.
- Troubleshoot system or process issues and provide technical solutions.
- Liaise directly with the client’s offshore company representative.
- Ensure accurate data reporting, daily operational summaries, and end-of-job reports.
- Mentor and support crew members in equipment operation and data acquisition.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Surface Well Testing, including offshore operations.
- Proven experience as an SWT Supervisor on exploration or production wells.
- Specialist-level experience with:
TDA systems
VX multiphase metering systems
PhaseWatcher data acquisition and analysis
- Strong understanding of flowback, pressure control, burner systems, and multiphase data interpretation.
- Valid offshore survival and safety certifications (BOSIET / HUET / H2S / Medical).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client interface skills.
- Ability to work in remote offshore environments under rotation.
