Surgery Center Administrator / Surgical Operations Manager (On-Site – Lahore)

We are hiring a senior professional to lead day-to-day operations of a surgical facility in Johar Town, Lahore. This role requires hands-on experience with operating rooms, surgical workflows, sterilization processes, and OT staff coordination, working in alignment with U.S. healthcare system standards.

This position is ideal for candidates from either background:

• Healthcare / hospital administration with strong OT exposure, or
• Senior OT / OR nurse with extensive surgical operations and leadership experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily OT and surgical operations
• Coordinate surgeons, anesthesia, nursing, OT technicians, and CSSD
• Ensure compliance with sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols
• Manage OT schedules, staffing, and case flow
• Supervise CSSD and instrument management
• Implement and monitor SOPs for OT efficiency and patient safety
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between surgeons and administration
• Work with U.S. healthcare system protocols, documentation standards, and operational practices

Required Background

• Prior experience in operating room management, surgical services administration, OT or CSSD supervision
• Strong understanding of:
• Surgical workflows
• Sterilization and infection control
• OT staffing and coordination
• Leadership experience in a hospital or surgery center environment
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare system workflows, compliance expectations, or reporting standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in:
• Nursing (with OT/OR experience), or
• Hospital / Healthcare Administration
• Experience in private hospitals or surgery centers
• Ability to lead teams and enforce standards
• Exposure to U.S.-based healthcare operations or remote coordination is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: PKR 150,000 – 300,000 per month
