Surgical Nurse - Eye Clinic

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Surgical Nurse to join our Eye Clinic team. The candidate will assist ophthalmologists during surgical procedures, provide pre- and post-operative patient care, and maintain a safe and sterile clinical environment.

Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)

• Prepare operating and procedure rooms for ophthalmic surgeries
• Assist surgeons during eye procedures and surgeries
• Maintain sterile techniques and infection control standards
• Prepare and handle ophthalmic surgical instruments and equipment
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
• Educate patients on pre-operative and post-operative care
• Maintain accurate medical records and nursing documentation
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff for smooth patient care
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations
• Manage surgical supplies and inventory when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing
• DHA License required
• Experience in ophthalmology or operating room nursing preferred
• Knowledge of ophthalmic surgical procedures and instruments

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
