Orthopedic Medical Device Representative (Technology Consultant)
in the
Charleston, WV area.
As an
Arthrex Technology Consultant
, you'll help fulfill Arthrex’s mission of
“Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better.”
You’ll support procedures in the OR, provide technical expertise, and act as a trusted resource to orthopedic surgeons.
You’ll also engage in non-clinical sales development activities and contribute to the operational success of your territory. Our comprehensive training includes
wet labs, anatomy, biomechanics, product design, and intraoperative problem-solving
— preparing you for a long-term, successful career in medical device sales.
Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Support orthopedic procedures and provide in-field technical expertise

Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, staff, and decision-makers

Drive territory performance through education, service, and sales activity

Introduce new products and cross-sell across the Arthrex portfolio

Attend after-hours educational events, team meetings, and industry functions
Qualifications/Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree required
-
1-3 years of experience in B2B, medical, or technical sales preferred
