Surveillance / Claims - Hybrid Investigator

Job description: Chance Compliance and Investigations LLC (CCNI) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Private Investigator to conduct surveillance and investigative assignments related to insurance and legal matters. This is a field-based role requiring strong observational skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently.

Your pay starts as soon as you leave your house, this is a "door-to-door" job meaning that you get paid as soon as you depart your residence. Your travel time is paid for.

You MUST have a vehicle, you will be using your vehicle as part of the job.

Things to Consider About the Job:

• Early Start Times: Many cases begin as early as 6:00 AM, and working hours can vary based on claimant activity.
• Travel Requirements: There will be many instances where you will need to travel outside of your borough.
• Communication Skills: Efficient communication via text or call is essential, and responsiveness is a key requirement (replies within 1 hour at minimal)
• Benefits: As a growing small business, we do not currently offer health benefits or paid vacation time. However, this presents a significant growth opportunity within the company as we expand.

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Private Investigator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations to uncover facts, solve mysteries, and gather evidence for legal cases or personal matters.

Duties:

• Conduct surveillance on individuals or businesses
• Gather and analyze information through interviews, research, and surveillance
• Investigate fraud, theft, or other criminal activities
• Compile detailed reports based on findings
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
• Utilize various tools and techniques for data collection

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in investigative work or a related field
• Proficiency in fraud prevention, detection, and investigation techniques
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to investigations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with discretion
• Certification in private investigation or a related field is a plus
