Job Summary:

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Surveillance Officer to monitor store activities, prevent theft, and ensure the safety of customers, staff, and company assets. The ideal candidate must have strong observation skills and experience in handling CCTV systems within a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to detect suspicious activities.
• Prevent theft, shoplifting, and internal fraud within the store.
• Conduct regular security checks across the retail premises.
• Prepare daily incident and surveillance reports.
• Coordinate with store management and law enforcement when necessary.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Matric / Intermediate qualification.
• Previous experience in retail security or surveillance preferred.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and monitoring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Immediate joinning will be preferable

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs32,000.00 per month
