Location: On-site – RJ Mall, Karachi

Monthly Stipend: 35,000 PKR

Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Monday – Saturday)

The Role: What You’ll Do

As a Surveillance Trainee, you aren’t just watching a screen; you are the frontline of our operational integrity. Your primary goal is to ensure security, prevent loss, and monitor daily branch activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loss Prevention: Identify and report irregularities, enforce company policies, and protect assets from theft or damage.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor inventory, stock movement, and staff availability to ensure smooth branch operations.
• SOP Compliance: Ensure all safety standards and company protocols are being followed strictly.
• Incident Reporting: Document emergencies, SOP violations, or suspicious activity and provide daily operational updates.
• Administrative Support: Manage key tasks including discount reports, sales returns, and customer call monitoring.

Who We Are Looking For

This role is ideal for students looking to gain professional experience while managing their studies during the day.

• Education: Minimum Matriculation/Intermediate. Current A-Level or University students are highly preferred.
• Communication: Must be able to speak and understand English fluently.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to stay focused during night hours.
• Availability: Must be able to work the night shift (10 PM - 7 AM) and commute to RJ Mall.
