Role Overview

Are you comfortable exploring platforms like Upwork and connecting with clients online? We’re looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Upwork Bidders. You’ll help us win projects, hit targets, and contribute to our business growth.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging proposals and bids on Upwork.
• Find and connect with potential clients, build relationships, and close deals.
• Meet (and beat!) monthly goals with consistency.
• Actively participate in online bidding and lead generation.

What We’re Looking For

• Great negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage several tasks smoothly.
• Prior experience with online freelance platforms is a big plus.

Additional Details

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 12, Karachi

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
