Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team for the US time zone (night shift). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to support business growth. This role requires strong research skills, excellent communication abilities, and a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential prospects through various online platforms and databases
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems
- Conduct initial outreach and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation targets
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and performance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales (US market preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment
- Target-driven with a positive and energetic attitude
