About the Role

We are seeking a Camera Surveillance Officer to join our team. The role involves monitoring telecom store locations through surveillance systems, ensuring timely detection of irregularities, and preparing structured reports for management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in monitoring retail or similar environments.

Key Responsibilities

· Monitor multiple store locations through CCTV and other surveillance tools in real-time.

· Identify and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or policy violations.

· Generate and deliver timely surveillance reports.

· Respond to specific monitoring requests within defined timelines.

· Maintain a log of incidents, observations, and follow-up actions.

· Collaborate with management and relevant departments for issue resolution.

· Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and company policies regarding surveillance.

Requirements

· Previous experience in surveillance monitoring, security, or similar role (preferred).

· Strong observational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask and monitor multiple live feeds simultaneously.

· Proficiency in using CCTV software and reporting tools.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

· Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience monitoring retail, telecom, or high-volume store environments.

· Familiarity with incident reporting and escalation procedures.
