Job Title: Survey Engineer

Nationality: Saudi National

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying Engineering or a related field

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction and engineering projects
• At least 5 years of proven experience in surveying works
• Prior experience on high-rise towers, shopping malls, or large administrative/commercial buildings is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform land and construction surveys using approved surveying instruments and methodologies
• Establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and reference levels
• Conduct land and construction surveys and analyze collected data accurately
• Utilize modern surveying equipment, instruments, and techniques
• Prepare technical survey reports, drawings, and maps in accordance with project requirements
• Ensure survey activities comply with approved standards and specifications
• Ensure accurate setting out for structural, architectural, and infrastructure works
• Prepare and review survey drawings, reports, and as-built documentation
• Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure compliance with design and specifications
• Monitor survey accuracy and resolve any discrepancies on site
• Support quantity calculations and measurement verification as required

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, surveying software, and quantity calculation tools
• Strong knowledge of construction surveying standards and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team
