About the Client

We are hiring on behalf of a leading research and insights platform that helps institutional investors, corporations, and consulting firms gain access to verified industry professionals. The platform enables clients to collect differentiated insights through expert consultations, surveys, and data-driven research — all within a secure, compliance-first environment.

Core Technical Requirements

Platform Mastery (Forsta / Decipher)

· Expert proficiency in Forsta (Decipher), including advanced logic building and complex survey architecture

· Ability to implement sophisticated routing, quotas, validations, piping, randomization, and multi-language structures

Custom Scripting (Python)

· Strong Python skills are mandatory for complex custom scripting within Decipher

· Comfort designing and maintaining reusable scripts to improve efficiency and reduce risk

Front-End Styling (CSS / JavaScript)

· Proficiency in CSS and JavaScript to match internal brand standards and deliver custom client styling requirements

· Ability to troubleshoot cross-browser/device behavior and ensure a polished respondent experience

Operational Responsibilities

High-Priority Execution

· Handle urgent programming requests (including weekend escalations) with minimal oversight

· Confidently triage issues, implement fixes quickly, and communicate risks/mitigations clearly

Handovers & Communication

· Manage seamless project handovers between global teams

· Provide consistent status updates to internal Pod Leads and Client Delivery teams

Weekend Roster & Coverage

· Support extended coverage windows to ensure round-the-clock responsiveness for high-priority projects

Quality Control

· Ensure zero-failure logic and strict data integrity

· Conduct thorough QC checks: logic validation, soft launches, test cases, and end-to-end survey reviews

Shift Options (Two Part-Time Schedules)

Shift A: Weekend Coverage (Part-Time)

· Saturday + Sunday coverage

· Up to 8+ hour shifts each day

· Remote day: Sunday only

· In-person: Saturday

Shift B: Extended Week Coverage (Part-Time)

· Friday through Thursday

· 8-10 hour days

· Remote day: Sunday only

· In-person: All other days

Timing: Flexible, with a requirement of 3–4 hours overlap with EST on Mondays and Fridays.

What Success Looks Like

· High-priority surveys are launched on time with minimal revisions

· Logic is stable, thoroughly tested, and reliable under tight timelines

· Handovers are clean, documentation is clear, and stakeholders stay informed

· Survey styling consistently meets brand and client expectations

Preferred Profile

· Proven track record programming complex surveys in Forsta/Decipher

· Comfortable owning urgent requests and weekend programming support

· Strong attention to detail with a zero defect mindset

Clear communicator who can work smoothly across distributed teams

Pay: Rs100.00 - Rs150.00 per month
