Land Surveying and Quantity survey is mandatory qualification. Should be well versed in Topcon GM-55.

Planning and executing the given projects in the given timeline

labours management and Time management are the two most important roles of this job. This job requires the concerned person to report daily to their immediate superior.

Also puncuality is of most importance because only if the concerned person shows up in time the labours turn to site on time.
