Land Surveyor
Location: Mogadishu, Somalia

We are hiring for Docol group

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead surveying operations for the entire project.
✔ Oversee site measurements, boundary assessments, and topographical surveys.
✔ Ensure accuracy in mapping, layout planning, and geospatial data collection.
✔ Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams.
✔ Ensure compliance with international surveying standards and regulations.
✔ Utilize advanced surveying equipment and software for data analysis.
✔ Prepare detailed reports, maps, and survey documents.
✔ Provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience:

• 8-10+ years in land surveying, with leadership in large-scale projects.
• Proven experience in luxury hotel or commercial building projects.
• Preferred: Work experience in Africa.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
