Job Description


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in conducting land surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing accurate reports for various projects in the region.

  • Conduct field surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret survey data to create detailed maps, plans, and reports
  • Utilize GIS software to manage and process spatial data
  • Perform boundary surveys and establish property lines
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction and development projects
  • Ensure compliance with local land laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records of all survey activities and findings
  • Prepare comprehensive survey reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders
  • Calibrate and maintain surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and methodologies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional certification from a recognized institution (e.g., RICS) is advantageous
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying or a related field
  • Previous experience in the Middle East region is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in surveying equipment, GIS software, and CAD applications
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of surveying techniques, land laws, and industry standards
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in various outdoor conditions
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in challenging terrains when required
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed
