Rawafid is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land and construction site surveys to gather essential data for project development and infrastructure planning. Your expertise in measuring distances, angles, and elevations will enable our engineering teams to accurately design and execute construction projects. You will utilize advanced surveying equipment and software to provide precise evaluations of topographical features and site conditions. Responsibilities

Conduct topographic, boundary, and level surveys using total stations, GPS, and other surveying instruments.

Measure angles, distances, elevations, and coordinates accurately in accordance with project specifications.

Establish and record control points, benchmarks, and reference lines for design and construction purposes.

Perform site layout and setting out for structures, foundations, utilities, pipelines, roads, and other project elements.

Ensure all works are set out as per approved drawings, alignment data, and coordinate systems.

Provide as-built measurements and verify that constructed works conform to design tolerances.

Process collected survey data and prepare survey drawings, coordinate lists, and level sheets.

Maintain field books, raw data records, and daily activity logs for verification and audit purposes.

Support engineers in updating design and construction drawings based on field changes or deviations.

Ensure survey instruments are properly maintained, calibrated, and functioning accurately.

Manage survey equipment inventory, including total stations, GPS units, and leveling instruments.

Report equipment issues and coordinate calibration with approved service providers when required.

Coordinate with site engineers, design teams, and contractors to align survey work with project progress.

Assist in verifying subcontractor survey data and resolving discrepancies in levels or coordinates.

Participate in site meetings to discuss survey findings, constraints, or required adjustments.

Follow HSSE requirements and ensure safe working practices in all survey operations.

Ensure all survey activities comply with project specifications, company standards, and local regulations.

Utilize GPS Surveying Equipment, Total Stations (Laser and non-laser),

Extract surveyed data into AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, or other software as may be required by the project

Prepare GIS datasets, databases and files from surveyd data using GIS Software

Data and Information Analysis: Analyzing recorded data and providing recommendations to improve project performance.
Requirements-
Bachelor's degree in Geographical Systems or related field.

Min. 3 years of experience in land surveying or construction surveying.

Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Certification.

Proficiency in surveying software and CAD applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).

Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
