SURVEYOR MANAGER

J7 Emporium is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Surveyor for its high-rise construction project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate site measurements, layout, and surveying works in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications. This is a mid-level position requiring hands-on experience in high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities

A. Conduct site surveys, setting out, and leveling works for high-rise construction.

B. Ensure accurate alignment, dimensions, and elevations as per approved drawings.

C. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Planning, and QA/QC teams for execution accuracy.

D. Prepare and maintain survey reports, records, and measurement data.

E. Verify layouts for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and structural elements.

F. Operate surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS.

G. Assist in resolving site discrepancies related to levels and alignment.

H. Ensure compliance with safety standards during surveying activities.

I. Support as-built drawings and final measurement documentation.

Qualification & Experience

A. Diploma (DAE) or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.

B. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Surveyor on high-rise construction projects.

C. Strong understanding of construction drawings and surveying techniques.

D. Ability to work independently under site conditions.
