Restaurant is seeking a talented and experienced Sushi Chef and Assistant chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Japanese cuisine and skilled in creating high-quality sushi dishes with exceptional attention to detail and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all food is prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Create new menu items or specials based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the team to manage stock levels and orders.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring they follow proper techniques and standards.
• Engage in quality control to ensure every dish meets the restaurants high standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Expertise in knife handling and sushi preparation techniques.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Creativity and a passion for culinary innovation.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime
