Position Summary
The Sustainability Analyst turns Lincoln's sustainability strategy into action across properties and projects. In this role, the Analyst supports asset onboarding, data pipelines, initiative tracking, and technical measure implementation in partnership with internal and external teams. The Analyst will partner with teams to drive results across energy, water, waste, health & wellbeing, tenant and community groups, education, and more – advancing Lincoln's People, Places, Performance framework. Reporting to the Director of Sustainability Strategy, the Analyst will build out Lincoln's portfolio with data aggregation and case studies, using analytics and AI tools to work efficiently – spotting anomalies, automating routine, and highlights wins. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, exposure across Lincoln's business lines provides opportunities to build market-facing experience, deepen technical skills, and progress based on impact.
