ESG Analyst (Hybrid) – Dubai, UAE

Contract: 12 months (renewable) • Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00 (UAE)

Why Aridzone?

Aridzone Sustainability is a boutique, high-impact ESG advisory based in Dubai. We help leading organizations across the GCC turn sustainability into real business value—through strategy, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building. We work hands-on with GRI, ISSB, SASB, TCFD, and CSRD, and align our work with national priorities like UAE Vision 2031 and Net Zero 2050.

If you’re hungry to learn fast, build credible ESG experience, and see your work shape executive decisions—this is your seat at the table.

The Role

As our ESG Analyst, you’ll be the engine behind client projects—digging into data, shaping narratives, engaging stakeholders, and helping deliver reports and trainings that actually move the needle. You’ll work mostly remote, with in-person client meetings, workshops, and events in Dubai or around the UAE.

What You’ll Do

  • Sustainability & CSR reporting: Turn raw data into clear ESG/CSR/impact reports with crisp visuals and narratives.
  • Framework alignment: Map disclosures to GRI, ISSB, SASB, TCFD, CSRD and local UAE/GCC rules.
  • Materiality (incl. double materiality): Run surveys/interviews, analyze results, and support validation workshops.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Help map stakeholders, prepare workshops, capture insights, and track actions.
  • Data & emissions: Validate ESG data and support Scope 1, 2 & 3 accounting and improvement plans.
  • Research & benchmarking: Produce sector benchmarks, gap analyses, and practical case studies.
  • Strategy support: Contribute to ESG roadmaps, policies, and implementation playbooks.
  • Capacity building: Assist with trainings and awareness sessions for leadership and teams.
  • Content & communications: Draft executive summaries, decks, client memos, and social content.
  • KPIs & tracking: Propose and track ESG/CSR KPIs to evidence impact.

Your First 90 Days

  • Ship contributions to at least one client ESG or CSR report.
  • Complete a mini-benchmark for a priority client and present findings to the team.
  • Support a stakeholder or materiality workshop and document outcomes.
  • Build a lightweight data-validation checklist the team can reuse.

What You Bring

  • Working knowledge of GRI, ISSB, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, SDGs and GCC/UAE disclosure norms.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical chops; you love turning complexity into clarity.
  • Fluency with Excel/Google Sheets , Google Drive , and Canva (or similar).
  • Bonus: experience with GHG accounting tools, emissions factors, or lifecycle thinking.
  • Professional polish in reports, slides, and client-ready deliverables.

How We Work

  • Hybrid: Remote + in-person meetings/workshops as needed.
  • Collaboration: MS Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace.
  • Rhythm: Focused delivery, fast feedback, continuous learning.

Mindset We Love

  • Positive, solutions-first, and resourceful.
  • Detail-oriented without losing the big picture.
  • Proactive with ideas to improve how we deliver value.
  • Eager to grow—personally and professionally—in the ESG field.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 6,000/month
  • MOHRE labour card provided
  • Leave: 30 calendar days annually (after 6-month probation)
  • Sick leave: 15 days full pay + 15 days half pay (post-probation)
  • End-of-service gratuity per UAE Labour Law
  • Growth: Monthly check-ins, 6-month review, and early-promotion opportunity for outstanding performance
