The Role
As our ESG Analyst, you’ll be the engine behind client projects—digging into data, shaping narratives, engaging stakeholders, and helping deliver reports and trainings that
actually
move the needle. You’ll work mostly remote, with in-person client meetings, workshops, and events in Dubai or around the UAE.
What You’ll Do

Sustainability & CSR reporting:
Turn raw data into clear ESG/CSR/impact reports with crisp visuals and narratives.

Framework alignment:
Map disclosures to
GRI, ISSB, SASB, TCFD, CSRD
and local UAE/GCC rules.

Materiality (incl. double materiality):
Run surveys/interviews, analyze results, and support validation workshops.

Stakeholder engagement:
Help map stakeholders, prepare workshops, capture insights, and track actions.

Data & emissions:
Validate ESG data and support
Scope 1, 2 & 3
accounting and improvement plans.

Research & benchmarking:
Produce sector benchmarks, gap analyses, and practical case studies.

Strategy support:
Contribute to ESG roadmaps, policies, and implementation playbooks.

Capacity building:
Assist with trainings and awareness sessions for leadership and teams.

Content & communications:
Draft executive summaries, decks, client memos, and social content.

KPIs & tracking:
Propose and track ESG/CSR KPIs to evidence impact.
Your First 90 Days
-
Ship contributions to at least
one
client ESG or CSR report.

Complete a mini-benchmark for a priority client and present findings to the team.

Support a stakeholder or materiality workshop and document outcomes.

Build a lightweight data-validation checklist the team can reuse.
What You Bring
-
Working knowledge of
GRI, ISSB, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, SDGs
and GCC/UAE disclosure norms.

Strong research, writing, and analytical chops; you love turning complexity into clarity.

Fluency with
Excel/Google Sheets

Google Drive

Canva
(or similar).

Bonus: experience with GHG accounting tools, emissions factors, or lifecycle thinking.

Professional polish in reports, slides, and client-ready deliverables.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:
AED 6,000/month
