Sustainability Analyst

Safe Harbor Marinas is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join the central services team. The Analyst will be responsible for ESG and Risk-related data analysis, monitoring, and reporting. Analysts are responsible for understanding ESG-related reporting requirements, assessing day-to-day company needs, collecting data from each SHM property, and analyzing it to discover trends or areas for improvement.

• Directly supports data collection, analysis and coordination for company’s annual sustainability reporting efforts to third-party reporting frameworks.
• § Oversees process of data collection, uploading and aggregation into company’s sustainability data tracking and reporting software system
• Monitors and measures key performance indicators (KPIs) related to environmental goals set by the company
• Monitors national and global trends in corporate sustainability best practices, particularly in the marine, real estate, and hospitality industries
• Capturing and the analyzation of key Environmental, Health and Safety metrics including the OSHA DART & TRIR
• Gathering data from various internal systems to perform analysis, monitor trends, and to understand and communicate risks
• Assign and lead both weekly and monthly tasks with broader analyst team
• Create stakeholder value by helping improve operations based on environmental and social data and metrics
• Assists with developing presentation materials for our Senior Leadership and other stakeholders as needed, including qualitative and quantitative reports.
• Assists with development and dissemination of sustainability-related communications materials for teammates, members, and other stakeholders as needed
• Supports all other initiatives identified and prioritized by Senior Leadership in response to ever changing business conditions
• Other duties as assigned by manager
