Sustainability Analyst / Project Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sustainability Analyst / Project Specialist to support sustainable energy and green building advisory projects in commercial and residential sectors. The role involves research, data analysis, technical documentation, and support for sustainability certifications (LEED, Estidama, Mostadam).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct energy performance analysis using tools like IES VE, eQuest, or EnergyPlus.
• Prepare sustainability reports, technical documentation, and client presentations.
• Support project coordination and track deliverables with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Assist in sustainability certification submissions and maintain organized project records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Energy/Environmental Engineering, or Architecture.
• 1–3 years’ experience in sustainable energy, green buildings, or environmental analysis.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency, renewable energy systems, ESG principles, and sustainable materials.
• Proficiency in Excel; energy modeling software knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to visit project sites and manage multiple projects.
