Embed environmental sustainability, resource efficiency, and enterprise resilience into group strategy execution by driving measurable improvements in cost efficiency, operational continuity, environmental performance, and long-term value protection across subsidiaries.

1. Key Responsibilities
A) Environmental Sustainability & Resource Efficiency

Identify and lead initiatives reducing
energy, water, emissions, waste, and material losses
across subsidiaries.

Develop business cases for environmental and sustainability initiatives with measurable ROI and payback.

Support implementation of resource efficiency programs in operations and supply chain.
-
Track environmental performance indicators linked to cost, productivity, and efficiency.

Support alignment with environmental targets where applicable.
B) Sustainability as Value Creation

Build and maintain a portfolio of sustainability initiatives linked to cost savings and value protection.

Identify opportunities in utilities optimization, waste reduction, and circular initiatives.

Support integration of sustainability into capital investment decisions.

Coordinate cross-entity initiatives for efficiency and environmental improvement.

Review major capital projects and investment proposals to assess energy use, resource efficiency, environmental impact, and lifecycle cost implications, and provide recommendations to improve long-term cost performance and resilience.

C) Resilience & Continuity Enablement

Support group-level resilience priorities (supply disruption readiness, critical risk mitigation, operational continuity).

Coordinate resilience planning across subsidiaries.

Track resilience readiness indicators and escalate material risks.

Support integration of resilience into transformation programs and investment decisions.

4. Experience & Qualifications

7–12 years in sustainability, environmental efficiency, utilities optimization, operational excellence, or resilience roles

Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments strongly preferred

Bachelor’s degree required

Engineering or environmental discipline preferred
Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)
