QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Kalekim’s product portfolio includes ceramic adhesives, grouts, waterproofing and thermal insulation materials, sealants, foams, surface preparation products, cleaning and maintenance materials, interior and exterior paints, as well as decorative paint and plaster solutions.

The company operates 8 production facilities across Turkey — in Istanbul, Balıkesir (2), Isparta, Mersin, Yozgat, Erzurum, Mardin, İzmir, and Muğla.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from Engineering departments (preferably Environmental, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering),

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role,

• Advanced level of English (able to follow technical literature and communicate effectively),

• Knowledge of sustainability standards such as TSRS, GRI, CDP, ISO 14001, carbon footprint calculation, Refinitiv, S&P, and Ecovadis is an asset,

• Strong communication and teamwork skills,

• Systematic, analytical, and solution-oriented,

• Interested in operational and sustainability processes,

• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail,

• Holds a valid driver’s license and is willing to travel domestically and internationally when required,

• Candidates should have completed any mandatory service obligations (if applicable).

Job Description:

• Support the implementation of the “İyi Bak Dünyana” sustainability strategy (covering environmental, social, and governance areas),

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects aligned with sustainability goals,

• Monitor and develop sustainability performance indicators and targets,

• Collect and analyze ESG data to enhance reporting quality,

• Execute projects in line with sustainability roadmaps and action plans,

• Facilitate effective operation of governance mechanisms (committees, working groups),

• Conduct awareness and communication activities related to sustainability,

• Ensure compliance with relevant local and international regulations,

• Manage sustainability rating and index processes,

• Support community engagement and social impact initiatives,

• Contribute to sustainability and ESG reporting processes.
