Position Overview:
The Summer (May 2026 - August 2026) Administrative Healthcare Internship is a 10-12 week program that provides an outstanding opportunity for Master’s prepared individuals to learn from excellent preceptors and to work in one or more areas of administrative specialization: acute care hospitals, medical groups/foundations and ambulatory care environments in an integrated, not-for-profit health care system. Administrative Interns gain experience and develop an in-depth understanding of operations and strategic initiatives through project work and direct participation in management activities. Exposure to the various healthcare environments enables Administrative Interns to gain a broad base of understanding regarding the challenges facing health care delivery systems and additionally to develop valuable skills that will better prepare them to assume leadership roles in the health care industry.Additional Requirements:

Pay Range is $29.98 to $29.98 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
