Swim Teacher

Do you love the water and want to make a difference? Super Splasher Aquatics is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Swim Instructors to join our team!

We teach swimmers of all ages and levels—from tiny guppies just learning to float to competitive athletes fine-tuning their strokes. If you enjoy working with children, are patient, and want to help others build life-saving skills, this is the job for you!

What You’ll Do

• Teach safe, effective, and fun swim lessons following our Super Splasher Aquatics curriculum
• Work with swimmers ages 6mon+ (experience with young children is a plus!)
• Provide clear instruction and feedback to swimmers and parents
• Create a supportive, encouraging environment that celebrates progress
• Ensure safety at all times on the pool deck and in the water

What We’re Looking For

• Previous swim instruction, coaching, or lifeguarding experience preferred (but we’ll train the right candidate!)
• Comfortable demonstrating and teaching all four competitive strokes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
• CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard Certification (or willingness to obtain)
