About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Swimming Pool and Landscape Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution of swimming pool and landscape projects, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements in line with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction of residential and commercial swimming pools and landscaped outdoor areas.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project quality and timely delivery.
• Provide technical solutions to any on-site or design issues.
• Supervise maintenance and renovation of existing pools and landscapes when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in swimming pool and landscape projects, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems related to pool construction (filtration, lighting, heating, etc.).
• Familiar with UAE standards, including Dubai Municipality and DEWA guidelines.
• Excellent project management and site supervision skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• UAE Driving License is a plus.
