Overview
We are seeking a skilled, experienced and dedicated Hot Tub Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of hot tub and swimming pool equipment, and related systems. Your expertise will ensure that our clients enjoy safe and enjoyable experiences with their hot tubs. This position requires a blend of mechanical knowledge, hands-on skills, and customer service abilities.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hot tubs and pools to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose any issues or necessary repairs.
• Clean and maintain pools and hot tubs.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their hot tub systems.
• Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various equipment issues.
• Experience in equipment repair, particularly in the context of hot tubs and/or swimming pool systems.
• Familiarity with pool maintenance practices, including water chemistry balance and cleaning techniques.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Previous experience as a service technician is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
