Swimming Pool Instructor - Male & Female

Position: Swimming Pool Instructor
Location: Amanah Mall Service Apartments
Department: Recreation & Guest Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group swimming lessons for adults and children.
• Ensure the safety of all guests in and around the pool area.
• Monitor pool activities to prevent accidents and respond promptly in case of emergencies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pool area in coordination with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Develop training programs suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced swimmers.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure guest safety.
• Conduct regular water safety drills and first aid when required.
• Inspect and report on pool equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning.
• Provide excellent guest service, ensuring guests feel comfortable and confident during training.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Certification in swimming instruction, lifeguarding, or water safety training.
• CPR and First Aid certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a swimming coach, lifeguard, or instructor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with children and adults of different skill levels.
• Physically fit with excellent swimming ability.
