Swimming Pool & Landscape -Project Engineer

Job description:

• Strong experience in all works related to swimming pool and landscape projects
• Plan the resources according to budget and time frame. Follow up the progress and reacting against delays.
• Follow up with subcontractor the required arrangement to achieve their scope.
• Handle with all types of material submittals.
• Calculate the quantities & negotiation with suppliers & ordering the approved material for the job.
• Review with Municipality for checking and re-design cases.
• Check shop drawing and make sure to be implemented at site with compliance to the technical specifications.
• Making sure that the building meets health and safety standards and legal requirements
• Managing budgets and keeping records of payments

Requirement:

• Arabic Preferred but must be fluent in English
• APPLICANT MUST BE IN THE UAE
