Job Summary

PRIMEZ Facility Management service is seeking an experienced and motivated Swimming Pool Maintenance technician to lead our pool maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the operation, maintenance, and repair of swimming pools, fountains, and water features while ensuring compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and client requirements.

This role requires strong technical expertise in swimming pool systems, excellent skills, and the ability to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and ensure maintenance activities are completed on schedule.
• Conduct routine inspections of swimming pools, filtration systems, pumps, filters, dosing systems, and associated equipment.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules and inspection checklists.
• Monitor daily pool operations, including water circulation, filtration, and chemical dosing.
• Maintain proper water levels and ensure water quality complies with health and safety standards.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control system faults.
• Coordinate emergency breakdown maintenance and ensure timely restoration of services.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company HSE policies, Qatar regulations, and client requirements.
• Promote safe work practices around water and electrical systems.
• Report incidents, hazards, and unsafe conditions to management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in swimming pool maintenance.

Strong knowledge in following technicalities:

• Pool filtration systems
• Circulation pumps
• Chemical dosing systems
• Water treatment
• Pool automation and controls
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Valid Qatar Driving License
• Ability to manage multiple maintenance activities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.
