System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Windows, virtualization platforms (Hyper-V), and storage systems.
• Provide technical support for ERP system implementation, user access, and integration with other business applications.
• Manage network switches, VLAN configurations, firewalls, Access Control, Attendance Management System, CCTV and routing for secure and efficient connectivity.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, backups, and disaster recovery operations.
• Maintain IT infrastructure documentation and perform regular audits for compliance and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, network, and ERP-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT partners for system upgrades, licensing, and maintenance.
• Support IT planning, infrastructure scaling, and technology adoption initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in system administration, network management, or IT infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Windows Server
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Virtualization (Hyper-V)
• Firewall management (FortiGate & Sonicwall)
• Storage systems (NAS/SAN)
• Switch configuration and VLAN segmentation
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and integration processes.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure) is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP implementation or migration projects.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and access management.
• Exposure to PowerShell scripting or automation tools.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead and guide
