Leaders Education Centre is a reputed institution in Doha, dedicated to providing quality education and skill development for students of all levels. We are expanding our team and are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as an Admin.

Job Description:
The Admin will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the centre. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling administrative and communication tasks efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to grow in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support to staff and management.
  • Handle student inquiries and registrations both in person and via phone/email.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases accurately.
  • Coordinate scheduling, classroom allocations, and teacher tracking.
  • Support marketing and communication efforts by assisting in event coordination and outreach.
  • Prepare reports and assist with documentation, billing, and correspondence.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the centre.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to learn and grow in the education field.
