System Administrator

DEXICONN is an international technology company building infrastructure for device-backed financing.

The platform connects device manufacturing, fintech partners, and lifecycle governance into a scalable infrastructure model operating across multiple markets.

We are expanding our internal IT operations and looking for a System Administrator responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s internal systems and infrastructure.

Role Overview

The System Administrator will be responsible for ensuring stable operation of the company’s internal IT infrastructure, supporting employees, and maintaining system reliability, security, and connectivity.

This role focuses on day-to-day system operations, monitoring, and technical support for internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Systems

• Maintain internal servers, network infrastructure, and cloud services
• Monitor system performance and availability
• Manage system updates, patches, and backups
• Maintain VPN, firewall, and access control configurations

IT Support

• Provide technical support for employees and office systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Support secure connectivity and internal communication systems
• Maintain workstation and device configuration standards

Security & Access Management

• Manage user accounts and permissions
• Implement and maintain access control policies
• Monitor basic system security and log activity

Monitoring & Documentation

• Monitor uptime and system performance
• Identify infrastructure issues and propose improvements
• Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Infrastructure Engineer
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows server environments
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
• Understanding of IT security practices
• Experience supporting internal corporate IT environments

Preferred

• Experience with container environments (Docker)
• Basic understanding of DevOps tools and workflows
• Experience working in international or distributed teams

• Structured and responsible approach to system management
• Ability to work independently
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues
