Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will provide 24/7 remote support for our hybrid on-premises virtualized infrastructure and cloud-based services hosted on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 eco system. This role focuses on maintaining system availability, performance, and security across both prem and cloud environments, including support for critical Microsoft security and compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
o Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator, Microsoft Entra Administrator, Endpoint Administrator, Microsoft 365 Security, MCSE) are highly desirable.
Experience:
o Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in System Administration or similar role in hybrid cloud large enterprise environment.
Required Skills:
o Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and virtualization.
o Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, MDI, MIP, and MFA/Conditional Access.
o Familiarity with email protection tools and configurations in Microsoft Defender for office 365.
o Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
o Good understanding of networking, IT Security principles, and compliance frameworks.
o Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently in a 24/7 environment.
o Exposure to virtualization technologies
o Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and tools is beneficial.
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
o Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and make quick, sound decisions.
o High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
o Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
o Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions:
Note: As agreed all the resources in the Center regardless of their positions they will be supporting as well the Endpoint and End users incidents and service requests.

Endpoint Support
Endpoint support focuses on managing and maintaining the devices that connect to an organization's network, such as computers, laptops, smartphones, and tablets. This support includes deploying, configuring, updating, and securing endpoints to protect company data and ensure optimal device performance. Endpoint support also involves monitoring device health, implementing security policies, and addressing hardware or software malfunctions to keep endpoints functional and secure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs170,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
