Job Description

1. Requirements Analysis & Change Coordination

  • Assist in analysing requirements and coordinate with respective teams for proper implementation of changes.
  • Review impact analysis of PIDs/BRDs and ensure alignment with development and QA teams.
  • Ensure delivery of tasks within agreed timelines as per confirmed plans.
  • Maintain updated tasks, bugs, and change requests in Azure DevOps.
  • Provide realistic effort estimations in collaboration with internal and external development teams.
  • Monitor progress of technical resources and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in building solution prototypes for validation in different environments.

2. Coordination, Communication & Documentation

  • Prepare communication plans including team roles, contact points, and escalation procedures.
  • Document meeting notes, action items, and circulate to stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth communication with internal stakeholders such as Audit, IT Governance, and development.
  • Maintain updated methodologies, approaches, and standard templates used across the IT department.

3. Support for Team Management

  • Coordinate with team members in identifying required actions and gaining commitment toward successful delivery.
  • Support project resource identification for API & Middleware teams.
  • Ensure timely escalation when quality concerns or delays may impact application-related delivery.

Skills

  • Basic knowledge of software engineering principles and SDLC/Agile frameworks.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar systems.
  • Ability to analyse requirements, follow technical discussions, and maintain documentation.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset.
