System Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CCTV systems, IT system troubleshooting, video conferencing setups, and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems and ensure consistent video recording and monitoring functionality.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up and maintain video conferencing systems across the organization.
• Monitor and maintain UPS systems, ensuring stable power supply for critical infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to plan and execute system upgrades and maintenance.
• Document system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure all systems meet organizational and security standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in CCTV system installation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of IT troubleshooting, both hardware and software.
• Experience with video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Familiarity with UPS systems, power backup configurations, and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
