Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical and commercial support for sales and bids (cost estimates, RFP compliance, statements of compliance, technical documents and customer approvals).
- Define and develop R&S system architectures and operating solutions; perform site surveys and finalize designs.
- Configure system hardware and software; create work packages with guidance and instructions for project and service teams.
- Plan and manage project resources and staffing (engineers/technicians), assign responsibilities, and monitor cost and time budgets for work packages.
- Coordinate closely with Project Management Office, project managers, technical heads and customers; prepare and submit progress reports and technical correspondence.
- Ensure project quality, compliance with codes/standards, and HSE/safety for installation teams; initiate corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee service operations and after sales support: regular inspections, preventive maintenance at remote sites, and coordination with local contractors.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Electrical/Electronic, Network or Communication technology, or comparable field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar field.
- RF engineering knowledge with practical application and exposure to radio communication technologies.
- Well-versed with IP networking technologies.
- Willingness to travel within the country and also outside within the region Middle East & Africa and other countries.
- Independent and proactive manner of working.
- Site management and supervision skills.
- Decision making ability and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
