System Engineer

Job Description:

• Participate in installations, configurations, on-site customer training, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain knowledge of various products and related technologies.
• Participate in the implementation of new technologies, following senior engineers' guidance.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on IT projects, learning from their expertise.
• Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying potential problems for our customers.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with specific technologies (e.g., Active Directory, cloud computing platforms).
• IT certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCNA).
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
