System Engineer

System Engineer (Cloud & Systems)
Location: Islamabad

We are looking for a System Engineer – Cloud & Systems to support Microsoft 365 services, cloud platforms, and on-premises infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365 administration, virtualization, and enterprise IT systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Assist in user provisioning, mailbox migrations, and license management
• Manage and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange environments
• Monitor system performance, server health, and alerts
• Support virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Assist in hosting, DNS, and domain management
• Perform system updates, patching, backups, and troubleshooting
• Support security practices including MFA, access control, and compliance
• Maintain technical documentation and assist in basic PowerShell automation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in system administration or cloud support
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server administration
• Basic understanding of Exchange Server and Active Directory
• Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certification
• Basic PowerShell scripting
• Exposure to VMware or Hyper-V virtualization platforms
