As an Experienced Technical Support Professional – FIRE products at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide expert technical facilitation to our customers in the Commercial FIRE business unit. You will be accountable to resolve complex technical issues, serving as a subject matter expert in Fire products and solutions, and delivering exceptional Customer Experience in our META Technical Supports. Your strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. You will report directly to our Technical Support Manager and you'll work out of our Cairo, Egypt office location. In this role, you will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, team performance, and the success of our Fire Business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide expert technical support to customers, resolving complex technical issues, adhering to defined KPIs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in FIRE products, both UL and EN products portfolio and solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical facilitation strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of technical Support processes and tools.
- Develop & maintain the Technical Support Knowledge Base and Content on the Customer Portal.
- Conduct Technical Knowledge sharing Sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 3 years of proven field experience on FIRE system installation, commissioning, programming and technical supports
- Expertise in FIRE products and solutions, NFPA, EN/UL standards.
- Hands on experience in Honeywell Notifier, Farenhyt, GENT, Esser, PAVA (Variodyn, X618) products and solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and thoughtful abilities
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple supports and tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. French would be an added advantage.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding a team.
- Strong customer focus and dedication to customer satisfaction.
