Position Title: System Engineer II
Work Location: Site/INTEC
Shift Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4x10s
Salary Grade: 16 Salary Range- Min: $87,495 Mid: $111,830 Max: $136,165
Position Purpose:
INTEC System Engineer: Assigned to non-safety Structures, Systems and Components (SSCs). Maintains knowledge and responsibility for ensuring all technical information in all documents (drawings, documents, operating procedures, system notebooks, etc) are accurate and thoroughly representative of assigned systems. Reviews and approves all changes to assigned systems, including, but not limited to, temporary modifications, permanent modifications, field changes, procedure changes, drawing changes and any other changes to associated configuration managed documents, ensuring accurate and thorough configuration management is maintained for the systems. Considered the Technical Authority for system design requirements, system performance criteria, design, operation, testing and maintenance.
This system Engineering position is assigned to mechanical systems with special interest in HVAC, steam, water treatment, plant air, and mechanical systems within a nuclear or chemical processing facility. Additionally, will provide support for projects occurring within nuclear facilities.
Minimum Qualification Requirements (Education/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in nuclear, mechanical, chemical or electrical Engineering discipline plus 4 years of relevant experience. System Engineering/Nuclear Facility experience desirable.
